I have been going to Mark Graycar since 2008 after getting hit by a car on my bike. I have had dozens of broken bones and surgeries and several auto immune issues over the years. I consider Mark to be one of my primary providers in my health team. He’s skilled, nice, kind, patient, generous and funny. He’s not hard on the eyes either. Lol. Sandy is efficient, patient, friendly and makes things run smoothly. Then to make things even more special.

My experience here over the past seven or eight months has been great. Non Direct Force Technique is a little unusual, if it's not what you're used to - it feels like very little is happening when you get the work done, but then the results are incredibly effective - I highly recommend this approach. As for Mark, he's a great practitioner, friendly and focused on helping you develop goals and meeting them, so that you can not only recover, but build up better habits and a stronger back.

Magic man. I went to Mark at the recommendation of Elizabeth Astor after being told I had a large herniated C6/C7 disc and would need surgery. Mark played an intricate part in my recovery and as of today, my herniated disc has reduced by 35% (told that's really good) 3 months later.
