Hanja Dalton

Hanja, originally from the Czech Republic, pursued Rolfing® Structural Integration in the US due to its holistic approach to movement and well-being.

Her passion lies in helping clients find ease in movement, sustain changes, and discover new avenues for self-expression. Before becoming a Rolfer™, she ran businesses focusing on bodywork and language services in Prague. With a background in Adult Education, she delved into stress research and Jungian psychology, shaping her approach to assisting clients in realizing their true selves. Hanja values Rolfing's ability to address various physical issues comprehensively, emphasizing the interconnectedness of the body.

Currently, she's studying with Jeffrey Burch, exploring innovative techniques that induce significant and lasting changes with gentle touch. While her approach may differ from traditional Rolfing, her focus remains on achieving balance, alignment, and freedom of movement for her clients, echoing the transformative goals of Rolfing.
